Refund & Exchange Policy

At Silly Silly Shop, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and size information before placing an order.




Returns


We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.




Clothing Size Exchanges


We offer a one-time size exchange only for clothing items, subject to the following conditions:
 

- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- Original tags must remain attached.

- The requested size must be available in stock.

- Each order is eligible for only one size exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange unless the product received was incorrect or defective.



Bags 
 

All bag purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on bags.



Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.



Refunds
 

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
 

- The item ordered is unavailable after purchase.

- The order cannot be fulfilled by us.

- A replacement for a damaged or incorrect item cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
